Master Struik, the holy tochtstopper, moved to the Netherlands in 1972 at the peak of his career as succesfull and competitive draftstopper. Nowadays he is far away from this stressfull lifestyle and he spends his days as a Meditation Master. With his gray hair and profound wisdom, Master Struik is not only a seasoned tochtstopper but also a true spiritual visionary with opinions and solutions on how to better our life and stop overworking ourselves as humans. He created the Tochtstop Meditation (available on all big platforms) and has even introduced a new currency: The Master Struik Briefjes, to help humanity battle their activities and responsibilities.

this briefje, the master struik currency or the tochtstopperbriefjes, are the currency created by master struik to aid humanity in the quests to the doing of less.
if you possess this currency, you can give this briefje to anyone at any time. for example, if they are asking you to do something you don't want to do. by giving them this note, you have been granted permission by master struik to be a tochtstopper today, and therefore: be freed of the thing that is being asked of you.
when the recipient complains or does not want to accept, then they are forgetting that by accepting your tochtstopper briefje, they now possess this get out of jail card. which means; they can get out of something they dont want to do.

even if you don't know him; master struik is a highly known celebrity in the tochtstop community. this comes forth from his ambition he used to have. also tochtstoppers are by nature not ambitious, except master struik, so organically he had no competetion. also he was just very good at stopping every draft. at some point in the meditation, participants are expected to lie down. (horizontal mode) this is necessary for the transformation into tochtstopper.
